Returns and Refunds

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return according to the conditions outlined below.

Return Policy
Items can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date, subject to written notification to our Customer Service. Items must be unused, in perfect condition and returned with original tags and intact packaging.

How to Make a Return
To request a return, please contact us via email, providing your order number and reason for the return. Once your request is approved, you will receive all instructions for shipping the return.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless otherwise specified (e.g., defective items or shipping errors). We recommend using a trackable and insured courier, as the customer is responsible for the return until it is received in our warehouses.

Refunds
Once the return is received and verified, the refund will be issued within 7 business days, using the same payment method as the original purchase. Any original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Exclusions
Returns are not accepted for personalized or custom-made items, unless there are manufacturing defects.
